It is our objective to be at 100% on-time delivery. The only exceptions will be events, developments outside of our control.

SAS Engineering has put in place an agreement with one of the world's largest freight forwarding companies to manage the logistics of finished and semi-finished products between North America and the manufacturing sites throughout the globe. The shipments going back and forth are guaranteed for delivery within the least possible time, thereby keeping the lead-time impact minimal.

Service Support

SAS Engineering stocks parts to support those customers with whom we have Long Term Contracts or blanket orders. The parts are stocked at our New market, Ontario warehouse and are shipped on an agreed upon frequency to ensure that our customers' inventory gets replenished within due time. We can also ship the parts the same day or at a day's notice, in the event of an unforeseen rush requirement from our customers.
